The alloy is a base high-temperature alloy with molybdenum added , titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace amounts of boron comprehensive strengthening. It has high yield strength, durability and creep strength below ℃, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature load-bearing parts of aeroengines that work for a long time below ℃, such as turbine disks, compressor disks, rotor blades and fasteners, etc. This alloy can produce various shape deformation products, such as: discs, forgings, plates, rods, wires and rings, etc.
Overview
Variety specifications and conditions We can supply various specifications of rods, plates, wires, discs and rings. Bars, round cakes and ring billets are not heat treated. Hot rolled plates and cold rolled plates are solid solution + pickled. Cold drawn bars are solid solution + pickled. Cold heading wire can be solid solution + pickled in disk shape, or solid solution + acid washed. Cold drawn welding wire is in cold drawn state, or solid solution + pickling, or semi-hard state.
Smelting and casting process Alloys can be melted using non-vacuum induction + electroslag, electric arc furnace + electroslag, electric arc furnace + vacuum arc, and vacuum induction + vacuum arc processes.
